These are hydro-cracked mineral oils containing best anti-wear& anti oxidation technology, protecting your machine, needles from wear and corrosion. This product is specially designed to allow knitting circular (both large & small diameter) and flatbed machinery to function from slow to high speeds while maintaining regular running temperatures. Also, our HVI technology doesn’t let the product lose its viscosity even during harsh hours.

Recommended for all seasons and every kind of circular large die/ small die & flatbeds etc.

Knitting Oils (Washable)

OPL Fine Drop 22(E), 32(E)

• These are non- corrosive high performance needle and sinker oils designed from imported base oils.
• Besides their wash ability they provide optimum lubrication.
• Excellent wear protection of needles, sinkers, sinker rings and cams even under critical conditions.
• Compatible with seals and plastics parts.

Application:

OPL Fine Drop is a needle and sinker oil for modern single and double cylinder, large/small diameter circular knitting machines. Special additives in OPL Fine Drop extend the service life of needles and sinkers. Opl’s (E) series oils are available in ISO VG 22 & 32 viscosity grades. Please observe the machine manufacturer’s recommendations.

Application Notes

Before using OPL (E) series oils please make sure that oil feeders containing old oils are drained thoroughly &nozzles are properly cleaned. Different types of needle oils should never be mixed. We recommend OPL CL cleaner to clean your machines. The lubricant qty. applied after cleaning should be monitored and readjusted. User should ensure thorough Oiling with OPL SM 12when machine is in non- operative mode for long hours.

Minimum shelf life

The shelf life is approx. 6 months if the product is stored in the original closed container in a dry place at room temp.

Storage

To avoid the insertion of humidity or contaminations, pay attention that the package is closed immediately after withdrawal. Keep the container at room temperature.

Note / Attention

Due to various influencing factors during the bleaching and scouring process, we cannot make any recommendations: In regard to removing oil spots from the fabric. Therefore, please always test the scourability under real conditions at site.

Spindle Oils

OPL spin- 12, 22

These are high quality, low viscosity lubricant manufactured from high viscosity index base oils, having good film strength property, and oxidation stability. They provide economical bearing lubrication of high-speed textile spindle, machine tool spindles and protect from excessive wear. They possess selected antioxidants, anti-corrosion and anti-foaming properties and hydraulic systems of certain high precision machine tools.

Recommended 

for lubrication of textile and machine tools spindle bearings, hydraulic system of precision machine tools, timing gears, centrifugal separators.
