These are premium quality water soluble Cutting fluids are used in metal machinery for  smooth operation of cutting machine, improving tool life, inducing work peace, improving thermal finish and flushing away chips from cutting zone.

OPL cutting oils have excellent antirust quality and causes no corrosion of machine, work piece or tool. Due to the anti bacterial properties they do not leave bad odour. They are operator friendly and economical in use.

OPL CLEAN CUT 40 is blended from refined mineral oil, emulsifier and other additives.

OPL CLEAN CUT 40+ is blended with EP additive which offers longer service life even in hard water upto 700 ppm provides superior lubricity and antiwear properties.

Procedure:

• Remove old emulsion(of other cutting oil) and wash the emulsion reservoir with plain water
• Dilution ratio is varied between 4% to 6% and 3% to 5% for CC40 and CC 40+ respectively.
• Always add cutting oil to water to prevent inversion of emulsion.
• Check the emulsion strength and top up if necessary.

Provides longer tool life due to excellent  lubrication and heat resistance performance, Emulsion does not smell bad even if kept for long durationsvdue to high quality anti bacterial properties, the tool and scrap does not get rust with it’s emulsion. Works excellent even with Hard water upto 700ppm.
